Yes. Mount Carmel Home Services carries general liability insurance and holds a Virginia contractor license. License number and COI available on request.
Absolutely — turnover work is one of our specialties. We coordinate with property managers and can often work on short notice between guest stays.

Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and credit card. Payment is due on completion for most jobs. Larger projects may require a deposit.
